Pitbull ZERO-TOLERANCE Spam Policy
Marketing Pitbull does
not tolerate SPAM. We are serious.
Affiliates may not promote Marketing
Pitbull or any of it's program components, the Marketing Pitbull name, logo, or
copyrighted material, except in the format provided and/or approved on a case-by-case
basis.
Acceptable marketing formats will be included in the Affiliates
Area of the site.
Affiliates may not "SPAM" or send unsolicited
email advertising the web site including, but not limited to, the Marketing Pitbull
site and the Pitbull Pen.
Affiliates may not "SPAM" or send
unsolicited email or communications to advertise the Marketing Pitbull program
or any component thereof, including mass postings to Usenet Newsgroups, chat rooms,
forums, instant messengers, MIRC, fax or voice blasts, or any other on-line communication
system.
If you are reported to us or our server company as a spammer,
you will lose all access to the Marketing Pitbull site, and it's components, immediately
and without notice, losing your account, commissions and you will be banned from
ever joining in the future.
The responsible party who uses any Marketing
Pitbull resource, web site, or personal URL for spamming, will be liable for any
expenses incurred by Marketing Pitbull to reverse any actions taken by our server
company or any other services as a result of their spamming. (currently $500/hr.)
By joining the Marketing Pitbull site and using our program, you agree
to adhere to our NO SPAM policy.
COMPLAINTS: If you have received an
unsolicited email or communication that you believe qualifies as SPAM, please
report it on our SpamBark
